PCI SATA CARD 6421 and BenQ

okk i have a sata card 6421 which i got from newegg.com and a xbox 360 with Benq that i bought two weeks ago. I am trying read/dump the firmware of BenQ.. so i made bootable usb disk and copied all the files from DosFlash16, then i rebooted my computer and disabled all the onboard sata etc.. marked the usb to reboot first then it went straight to Dos and when i type in the command it asks me to press Y to resend..and when i press y and enter i get this status:0xff. i don't know what is wrong, I even used iPrep, but still no luck it gives me same status.
I don't know if my computer is not detecting the sata card or i have to Hex edit to work with MTKFLASH.
someone please help me,i have been trying to this 4 days, any help would be appreciated.
