Does the newbieeasyinstaller modify your battery to a Pandora battery??or do we have to have the stick in the PSP always?

No it does not.

You have to create the Pandora Battery by running the Application that the easy installer places on the Memory Stick. You will need a custom firmware PSP to run the application.

So if your trying to run the application on an official firmware PSP it will not work. You will need to buy a Datel Tool Battery or Hardmod the battery.

Go yo this guide HERE for more information.

All the Pandora Battery is doing is putting the PSP into service mode so you can access the Magic Memory Stick to install the custom firmware to the PSP. After you have installed the custom firmware you can undo the hardmod to get the battery back to normal.

All your doing is placing a wire between 2 points to get the battery Battery and Magic Memory Stick just unsolder the wire to bring the Battery back to normal.

I would suggest buying a Datel Tool battery and not do the Hardmod but that is up to you. This is all explained in the guide that I posted above.
