Let me guess you had a custom PSP theme (flash0 or PTF) installed to the PSP that made the Magic Memory Stick. If this is the case then you made a Magic Memory Stick that will install a semi-bricked PSP.

You will need to recreate the Magic Memory Stick. Below are 2 options you have.

OPTION 1) If you used a different PSP other then your SLIM for the Magic memory Stick then install the original XMB theme to that PSP. Then recreate the Magic Memory Stick. If you backed up your battery eeprom to eeprom.bin make sure you transfer that from your Memory Stick over to the PC so you don't lose it when recreating the Magic Memory Stick.

OPTION 2)If you only have the PSP SLIM that is now semi-bricked lets hope this works for you.

Take out the Pandora Battery and plug your PSP Slim in via AC Adapter.

See if you can go into recovery menu by holding the R-Trigger down while turning the PSP on.

If you can enter the recovery menu toggle the USB so the PC can access the PSP Memory Stick. If you backed up your battery eeprom to eeprom.bin make sure you transfer that from your Memory Stick over to the PC so you don't lose it when recreating the Magic Memory Stick.

After you have done that follow this guide HERE to install the proper files onto the Memory Stick.

You should already have a Pandora Battery so skip the bottom part of the guide telling you how to get a Pandora Battery. Just follow the Easy installer guide to get the proper files to the Memory Stick so you can install a full version of 3.71 M33-2 to the SLIM PSP.

Glad you got it working.

I had a feeling that was the issue. That actually happens more often then you would think.
