wii backup games on laptop hp dv9205

hello all how you all doing is it possible to backup origanal wii games from a laptop i am new at this so bear with me and yes a bit dumb at computer jive lol but anyway i got a modded wii but i would like to backup the games as well i have a hp dv9205 laptop i know i can burn the games i have already but can i make a backup of original games with this if i need a drive does the lg drives come with a usb hookup i see u say you need a lg drive to read a disc . i have read on programs like gamecopy pro bla bla bla i just trying to figure out if i can do this without to many complications and onece gain ty all for any input

i have nero 7 that i use all the time i just like input to see if there a way to use the hardware i have already

No they don't come with a USB connection, you'll need to buy one of the drives they list, put it in an external drive enclosure (Google if you don't know what this is), and then you can bash it into you laptop.

Game copy pro seems like bit of a scam to me (trying to avoid the possibility of liable action), you need one of the drives and Raw dump( a free application) to read the games, and a DVD writer, Wrighting software Nero7 will do (I prefer ImgBurn) and some good quality blank media (I use verbatim DVD-R X16 and I've had no problems they also seem a popular choice around here, as well as Taiyo Yuden TY02)
