Hello everyone. I have a 3.71 M33 CFW PSP Fat and I want to downgrade a 3.71 PSP SLim. I have tried many guides before and they don't work so well abd many of them have corrupted my memory stick. I was redirected to this instruction guide but I have hit a snag.

WHen I get to step 9 and I enter in
c:\PANDORA\msinst\msipl.bin, a popup comes about and tells me that I am trying to open a .bin file. I entered in the correct inputs so I don't know what is going on. So I 'open with' and pick the correct .exe file and hit enter. A box comes up and in a split second it is gone.

How can I fix this? I am pretty good at following instructions but I just can't downgrade this PSP SLim.

I have a 2GB light blue Sandisk memory card.

You need to type all of it at once...

c:\PANDORA\msinst\msinst.exe e c:\PANDORA\msinst\msipl.bin

You don't type the first part c:\PANDORA\msinst\msinst.exe e then press enter you type all of it...

c:\PANDORA\msinst\msinst.exe e c:\PANDORA\msinst\msipl.bin then press ENTER.

The reason it is split like that on the guide is due to the page settings which word wraped the entry making it look like it was 2 separate entries.
