Total Crash during Windows Update.

While updating Windows via internet, the pc shut itself down. Now when power is turned on only the fans and drives are operating. The Power LED is on the HDD LED flashes once then stays off. No video signal.
I have tried to reset the CMOS, removed all the drives, reinstalled the drives to no prevail. Also no Beeps from the Motherboard Speaker.
