Currently I have firmware 3.51 and want a custom how and where can I get a cfw to play homebrew's?

First of all you need to downgrade to 1.50 because you can't play homebrew or install a custom firmware unless you have 1.50 kernel....which you get by going down to 1.50

just google PANDORA MEMORY STICK

and after your on 1.50 mssg back

or just use this guide that will take you from any firmware up to a custom firmware
