Hi i have searched the forum but cannot seem to find an answer, I have a slim psp with 3.71m33-2 custom firmware and am trying to make a magic ms as i already have a pandora battery. i have followed numerous guides all with the same result, whenever i try to create the boot code be it by msinst.exe or using the total newbies one at the bit where it is supposed to say "check free reserved sector:ok" i get "check free resvered sector: to small sectors reserved. and no option to press y to continue it just quits i have tried on more than one memory stick and it is always the same they are both 1gb produo one is a sony and one is a scandisk if anyone has a solution it would be greatly appraciated as my son is driving me mad.

thanks sicdude but this one just gave me corrupt data on both memory sticks :(
i am wondering if maybe this is happening becouse i am on vista? or is it a memory card issue?

it is most definetly because you are on vista,i've used the one i posted above and it works perfectly on my xp pc

Thank you very much i borrowed my neighbours laptop xp :) it worked fine up to step 4 so i just copied the contents of my original mms (wich i had formated by accident) and ran despetar and it works briliantly now :) and my son will think im the best mum ever :)) thanks again
