I need step by step instructions on making a magic memory stick without CFW, also my PSP Slimline is 3.71, and i'm upgrading to the next CFW 3.71 3mme or somthing like that. also i am a Noob at the psp stuff.

You are not upgrading, you are downgrading to then upgrade, why do newbs always think that they can upgrade from an official firmware to a custom firmware just like if it were a normal one... larrije has a special guide for that, he advises to use the easy newb installer, but you need to buy a special Pandora battery at any store or from ebay, thats all I can say, i will rather have him put the link to his guide... so he takes the credits. :)
