hey guys
i just got the ring of death and called xbox support. im getting the box to ship my xbox in in 7-10 days i was just wondering after i ship it,

What is the average time to get it repaired and back to me?

O and if some people could tell me how much time it took for theres that would be great!!!!

took me 2 weeks total back in May when MS had a "guarantee" that they would fix it within 3-5 business days after receiving it. however, i hear they are keeping the boxes for 2-3 weeks minimum now. try doing a search on this topic, and you'll see others experiences.

Wow m$ suckes when it comes to warranty, i turned off my ps3 will the harddrive was busy causing it to be corrupt, i called them same day, and a man collected my one and gave me a brand new one furst thing the next day.

It will take them a while.And I am sorry to say that there are no real guarantees that it will be permanently fixed when you get it back. I know a few people who have had their consoles in 4-5 times for the RROD so far.
