STOPzilla

is the best program I've ever used so give that a shot

http://www.stopzilla.com/download/downlo...illa&AID=10003&

also make sure your drives are in DMA mode and not in PIO mode that will cause slow down, you can fix that in device manager by uninstalling the IDE controllers rebooting and let windows reinstall them or use this guide

Try ZoSoIV's link to Alkohol's guide listed in his above message

I had the problem of burning taking an hour to do. The guide is very precise and extremely easy to follow and it works! I am back to 12-15 minute burns.
