MGS3 Subsistence DNAS error 832

Hi there,
I bought the original PAL version of MGS3:subsistence
The online disc provided won't work,

It gives me:

DNAs error 832 authentication error.

-832 Unregistered title ID.
Incorrect title ID in SYSTEM.CNF.
Using the wrong regional DNAS library, thus talking to the wrong DNAS server.
Using the production server (debug=0) without DNS redirection.

I'm not even sure what the hell half of this means.

I have a PAL ps2 with a modchip. I'm not sure which modchip I have, I use swapmagic.

I googled my ass off about the -832 error and all I could digg up were PES5 players who couldn't pass DNAS becasue PES5 servers are closed down.

MGS3 servers can't be shut down, surely. Do PAL versions use different servers than NTSC do? Hence the error

really? What's up with that? Stupid ass SCEE! aaar4gh, just blew 30 euro's, already have snake eater, only bought subsistence for the online mode. And snake vs. Monkey sucks too. feeeck
