I downgraded my PSP last year. I am interested in buying a friend a new PSP and downloading games using homebrew or whatever else. Is there a way to go out today, buy a brand new PSP and actually downgrade it and download games to it? Or is there no possible way to do so? Thanks.

assuming yor psp still works then yes you can downgrade it by using a pandoras battery and a magic memory stick
