I'm trying to burn the movie Superbad to a blank DVD+R. I already used DVD Shrink and now I'm trying to use ImgBurn to burn the ISO to the blank DVD+R but it won't give me the green arrow in between the DVD and the DVD on top of the piece of paper so I can't click it. Please Help

To recap.
Clicked 'Mode' > 'Write'
Loaded the .iso file and put a blank in the burner.

Yes. I did that but I don't have all that info in the box to the right. Could this have something to do with it? Here's a SS:

EDIT: This is before I selected the file it is still like this even with a selected file.

EDIT2: SS with file selected:

The right panel should be showing that there is a DVD+R in place and that it's empty.

Note that in your case, in the lower left panel, just above the destination drive, it shows the time as 397 minutes.
It looks like the length of the movie is over six hours???That won't fit on a single layer disk.

You get that NO GREEN arrow when the destination drive doesnt have a disc in it, or your computer doesnt recognize the disc in there, so its not ready to go. I would suggest trying different good media, like say a verbatim. You can see on attars example his drive recognized the disc, and in your example the same area has nothing about the disc information.

And that minutes thing is strange, and ive seen it before on some of my burns. I ignore it as the main thing to look at is the total SIZE of your file, and in this case its 3.66 GB which should fit easily on a 4.5 GB disc. (yes i know DVD-5s are not really a true 4.5GB, but close enough in this case)

I googled sony cdrwdvd crx310s and i'm not seeing it as being a DVD burner. Are you sure you have the proper destination drive selected? If so, please disregard my stupidity.

I have been to different sites and the same drive varies between cannot write any DVD to can write one (but not both) DVD+R and DVD-R.

Best would be to use ImgBurn to verify the capabilities.

@ Frank3000
That top screenie shows your E drive as your DVD burner. If it works, don't go buy a new burner. You don't need 2 of them. Just use the Sony (D) as the read, and the (E) as the burner.

Oh... well that will make a difference. Carry on with buying one then, Frank. I will spend more time learning to read user names. :)
