gold vs. silver ban?

Just wondering what the breakdown is of people being banned with gold accounts vs. silver. Does it matter? Does M$ hunt for gold users more than others? Or maybe those on this forum are just typically play on live gold accounts anyway.

Just curious as what type of accounts are being hit the most overall. Thanks for any input!

if i took an educated guess i would say Gold accounts, as you can not play online with a silver account.

I was banned using a silver account. I think it was because I was using my ms points to buy tracks for an original Rock Band disc. I never play anything online with my 360. The only thing I was playing when I got banned was Rock Band which is not a backup. Goes to show you never know how or when you are going to get banned.

Banned Silver Account here as of last week. Never went online to play a game and only went online to download demos or videos from Live. That's probably how they got me.

Rumor has it that M$ is banning people who they tracked playing the Halo 3 game before launch date. But who knows for sure other than the M$ BanHammer is in full swing! Nobody is safe now.
