is there anyway to edit the amount of seconds fast-forward skips. When i use different psp mp4 converters, the amount of seconds fast-forward skips varies. and i usually wanna go back 3 seconds back and it goes 20-30 seconds back
Help plz

EDIT:
i use
psp video express: skips 1 second, good quality video
XVID4PSP : skips 10-20 seconds but with best quality
Allok PSP video converter: 10-15 , quality not as good as xvid and psp video express
