Can somebody help me?
(I found an old thread using Action Replay that mentioned it'd be easier to use SwapMagic but didnt go into detail, and was afraid to bump it.)
It was said you could run both the elf file and roms off a pen drive
Anyway, I'm not quite sure about the steps, The USB version only came with the Elf file. And I don't have an MC exploit and would prefer not to go that route. THANKS
-I formatted my USB pen drive to FAT32
-Made a folder called SWAPMAGIC
-Renamed the USB version of Snes Station .Elf to SWAPMAGIC.ELF
(got it from http://freenet-homepage.de/ps2dev/emulators.html, btw there's 3 versions, i went with the one from 06/08/2006, is that right?)
-Unzipped about 15 roms into the same folder, and presto
It loaded automatically and I got it working however the bottom screen where you're suppose to see "Press triangle for options, press square for options" is cut off? And if i try to calibrate the screen to fit it, the top part gets cut?
And as soon as i took out my swapmagic i dropped it because i was trying to be so careful, Will a scratched swapmagic affect the gameplay in SnesStation when loaded from a USB drive? Or does it stop spinning after it loads the Elf
But ya, I take it all versions have problem with the sound lagging huh?
