Playing HD Vids off an External HDD......

So I now have a 750GB Ex.HDD,

I am filling it with the normal stuff Pics,Music,AVI's
Now I know WMV-HD movies will play off this But I want all the HD Vids I can get on here.

What "HD-Stuff" WILL play off the Ex.HDD through the 360?
Like an HD-DVD ISO?
Bluray Image?

What else can I toss on here?

wmv, divx ,NO images also remember to format ure hd in fat32 last time i checked it didnt support ntfs
