You only have a semi- brick and you dont need to flash themes to your xmb on 3.71m33, All you do is download your ptf themes and put them in your theme folder which is in MS/0 PSP/ THEMES. Use this to go back to get back to 1.5 and then re-install 3.71m33 http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=75799

Try this http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=75799 its the same link but give it a go. If not, if you google 3.71m33-1.5 recovery it will take you straight to what you need to get sorted. Let me know how you do..

Sorry to here that my mate, i have used it and many others have too and its worked fine. When you make your pandora look for something called UPMS, its the best one around at the minute and all you do is run it from a cso, here is the link http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/580254

Its been going for about 5 mins now and ive been holding down the L button the whole time. Am i doing something wrong?

Turn your psp right off and then start it back up again holding the left trigger, you will then get menu..
