Go HERE and download the 3.71 M33-4 update.

Drag the update folder to the /PSP/GAME folder and run the 3.71 M33-4 update via Game Menu Memory Stick.

You are now at the latest M33 custom firmware.

ignore the popsloader plugin that comes with the 3.71 m33-4 update. You don't need it unless you play PSX games on the PSP.
