I tried to upgrade from 3.03 oe-a to 3.52m33. I did the steps as followed in the forum by creating m33creator folder. when I execute the program on my psp, it shows me an error " Game could not be started"
I tried to upgrade from 3.03 oe-a to 3.03 oe-c gives me the same problem too.
Anyone has any ideas?
Thanks!

Do you have a UMD in your PSP...
Or did you put the files in the proper folder...(GAME/GAME150)
:)

Take all the files you want to keep and drag them to your desk top, ie. music video. etc. Format your memory stick in the settings on psp. Then try doing it again.. Should work. then drag your files from desktop back to appropriate places on psp..

You should not need to create an m33 folder yourself. When you downloaded the file it should be the actual folder that you put in the game folder.

Sorry, I was not very clear. I did not create the M33 folder. I just dragged from the downloaded file and placed it in the memory card. Just to double check, there is one file in the m33 folder, eboot.pbp.
I later downloaded the 150.pbp and 352.pbp and placed it in the folder.
Any ideas ?
And, thanks for the assistance so far...

Would downgrading to 1.5 then upgrade to 3.52 work?

You need UMD when running HOMEBREW....
Well, in some FW you don't need a UMD but this isn't guaranteed there still maybe some games that will not work without UMD>...
For example when your on M33 you could use the M33 Driver or SonyNP9660...
:)

hi there, I encountered the same error. My FW is 3.71 M33-2. So it will really need a UMD in order to play ISO in memory stick?

Actually your on 3.71 M33 so you actually don't need a UMD...
All you have to do is press select to bring up the VSHMENU...
then select UMD ISO MODE and press right D-Pad until it becomes SONYNP9660 then select exit or press select....
PS. M33 Driver also works but it's better to use SONY...
:)
