Bought two psps's for the kids and I have a CFW psp (FAT), so I am trying to create a pandora batery with memory stick, and downgrade there new psp's to 1.50 (FAT). the stick is completed I had no problems just won't run for some reason.
WORKED PERFECT HAVE MADE PANDORAS BATTERY FIRM. INSTALLER AND CREATOR MEM. STICK. WHEN I PRESS X BUTTON TO RUN INSTALL IT Says

"THE GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED" (80020148)

How To Fix This Error:

Go on to Recovery Mode on your PSP.
Go on to Configuration Settings
Go to Use NO-UMD and disable it
Go Back To Advanced Settings
Go To Advanced Configuration
Disable all three items in that menu
Restart Your PSP and enjoy your game

Thanks Santa but that didn't work.

OK my problem is this..
Pandora's Battery Firm.Installer will not run on my PSP with 3.71 M33-4 CFW, so therefore I can't make a Pandora Battery.

create it in 3.52m33-4 dont think you can create it on 3.71m33

Since you already have CFW.
