I've read this guide:

I'm stuck on the part when I have to launch the actual update.

When i go to GAME then Memory Stick the M33CREATOR loads and then goes to the xmb but then it says:

The game could not be started.

I'm sure I've done evrything correctly.I've put the 352.PBP and 150.PBP to the M33CREATOR and I copied it to ms0:/PSP/GAME folder.

It still doesn't load.

Any help would do.

What do you mean when you say it loads and then goes to your xmb... does it go into the program, show a black screen with writing and then boot out?
Anyways...
Make sure you have a game or game demo umd inserted then try running it.

Make sure your battery is charged more than 75%.

It tries to go into the program but it seems like it can't.

So it can't get into the program so it goes back to the xmb saying The game could not be started.

I have a game in it and the battery is over 95%.

It's ok now,I've successfully upgraded a 3.40 oe to a 3.71 M33.

I fixed the problem by putting the folder into GAME150 instead of GAME.
