Questions Regarding iextreme 1.4!!!

hey guys,
im new to the 360 scene and i just need some questions answered. i used to in the DS scene and the PSP scene so im not really a newb when it comes to computers and other electronics.
1. What is all this talk about kreon checker and kreon
2. how do i check what drive i have
3. what is Non stealth, 2X, 5X 8X and 12X. located in the file (.rar)
4. how to i prevent or reduce the chance of getting banned,
5. is flashing easy or should i get someone else to do it? is there a good tutorial available?
6. ok last question, my 360 is a new console and i connected it to live and downloaded the updates, inc the DIVX codec, if my console is flashed can i still go on live and download updates? or would it brick?

1. The kreon check checkst he SS file of an iso to amke sure its XBL safe or really stealthed.

Look at this picture: All xboxes can be modded
3. non-stealth is not able to be used with Iextreme so make sure your steaklthed. the 2X Etc. is how fast u can burn your games to a DL
4. Always amke sure your games are fully stealthed. and alwasy keep your xbox up todate with the newest frimawre mod.
5.Flashing is ppretty easy with every drive besides the Hitachi 79fk Cause u need to hardmod it.
6.u can on live and get updates and play on live.
if u mod your xbox and play bacmups just paly on live cause no matter what if your goin to get banned your goin to get banned.
Even if you only play the backups offline no matter whatu can gt anned.

doesnt it mean what speed my 360 will read disc at? to reduce noise? so which one is the safest?

Most DL's can only burn At 2.4X thats why i said it doesn't matter.

yes 2x 5x 8x 12x is the spped in which your xbox360 drive reads the discs at.
the lens will ware at quicker using 12x if your using cheaper media.
the slower the speed , the quiter the xbox360 drive is also when reading discs.

but i thought microsoft can detect which speed?
so the default is 12x? so do i flash using the 12x?

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD IEXTREME FIRMWARE!!?
and flash my blaster 360 NE
i have been on about 30 sites
is there any guide and if someocould give me the download for iextreme 1.4

i tried them
they didnt really help
they said
use Iextreme.
but..
on their downloads
they only have Slax 2.0

yea dude
whenever i try to go on xbins
that pop up for xbins never shows.
i did that it asked.
maybe since i got the newest version of MIRC is that why it doesnt show?
because yes i know xbins has it.
but it wont show it.

whenever i try downloading, the Iextreme for Hitachi firmware
it says
"GUESS WHAT! YOUR BANNED"
i dont know why that keeps happening.
its on xbins
they released it.
so hmm?>

If I use iextreme 1.4 can I still get updates from Microsoft? What about extreme 5.3? My primary use for the xbox is as a media center extender.

I got a xbox360 with a hitachi-lg drive in it. Without opening the console, how can I tell what the exact model drive I have to use iextreme or any other programs. Thanks.
