My wife's pc has a real irritating problem that I need some help with please. Whenever a folder containing video files is clicked on to view an immediate error comes saying that "Windows Explorer Has Encouterred an Error & must close". No vidoe files can be viewed on any video player. Sytem check/rerstore did not cure the issue, there were some virus's but Kaspersky has taken care of them. Help please & Happy Christmas!
