Upgrading from 3.52 M33-2 - 3.71 M33. How?

Im new to this forum, so i would like to start by saying, hi all.

I installed 3.52 M33 by PSP Upgrader/Downgrader v1.11 some time ago and it recommended to install upgrade 2, so i now have 3.52 M33-2.

I would like to install 3.71 M33 now and from what i can see from different guides, one must have 3.52 M33 (upgrade 3 or 4)first.
Also, i could never find any readme that said one could install upgrade 3 or 4 after one had installed upgrade 2.

So my questions is as following:

1. Can one install/is it safe 3.71 M33 on my PSP(non-slim)that now have 2.53 M33-2?

2- If not, is it safe to install 3.52 M33 upgrade 4 on my system?

i never heard 2.53 m33-2 but u can upgrade ur psp from 3.52 m33-3 or 3.52 m33-4 to 3.71 m33. all u have to do is follow these instructions.
first u must download the 3.52 m33-3 custom firmware file from dl.qj.net or any other u like. extract the file u will get a folder called UPDATE. copy this UPDATE folder to PSP/GAME/ now run it in the psp game menu and u will get 3.52 m33-3. now after u have updated u need these requirements and instructions to update it to 3.71 m33.
Requirements
1. A PSP with firmware 3.52m33-3 or 3.52m33-4 (when u update it to 3.52 m33-3)

2. 3.71 m33 custom firmware file. (u can download it from dl.qj.net) or (psp-hacks)

3. 3.71 official firmware file. (its about 20 or 22 mb)
Let?s get started

1) Download all the files above and extract them To one folder

2) Go into 3.71m33 file (UPDATE) there should be 2 files in there umodule.prx and EBOOT.PBP. copy the 3.71 official update to the UPDATE folder cand rename it to ?371.PBP?

3) Enable USB connection Copy the UPDATE folder to GAME (MS/PSP/GAME

4) Run the installer in the game click X and it should go into what looks like a Sony installer Sony installer, don?t worry it isn?t

5) Once done your PSP should restart then you will be on 3.71m33 .YAY

6) IMPORTANT before you do anything go to system setting, restore factory settings. This is important because some people have reported a brick because the settings are corrupted.
