can't play downloaded games HELP PLEASE

can anyone help please, i've got some downloaded games on my memory cards but can't play them someone told me it needs to be shipped???
what do i have to do.

first off, does your psp even have custom firmware? official firmware DOES NOT play any downloaded games on the memory stick.

I'M NEW AT THIS SO NOT SURE I BOUGHT MY PSP 3 WEEKS AGO I THINK IT'S OFFICIAL FIRMWARE PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO?

all caps post are prohibited. anymore of those, and you'll get temporarily suspended.

since you just got your psp, it is on official firmware. the only way to get custom firmware is with pandora's battery and universal unbricker v3 memory stick. those cannot be bought from a store, you have to make them yourself. look in the other psp threads for tutorials.
