hello there. im trying to add a cheat to my gameshark 2 v4 for final fantasy xii. the game isnt listed on the built in cheatlist. so of course i want to add the game and cheats. only the thing is im entirely new to using game shark. i looked up the cheats on the gameshark site.

and tried to add the cheats but it wouldnt work. i fear that i had put in the cheats wrong. like how when i look at other game cheats on the gameshark the very top says "[M] must be on" how do i add that ? there is no bracket. and some even say "Press R1 + Select to gain 2x EXP" in orange then it has the cheats under it. how do i make it like that ? or if someone can please write me a fully detailed description of exactly how to add new game cheats. id very much appreciate it. thanks.
