Hi! I have one question. My psp is 2.81v and I wan`t to downgrade to 1.50v.So I need to upgrade my psp to a 3.03v and then downgrade to the 1.50v.I downloaded a EBOOT.PBP for upgrade 3.03v(http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Firmware-3.03-PSP/pg/12/fid/11844/catid/163).When I downloaded I renamed it into a UPTADE.PBP and I transfered into my memory card to PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.But when I tryed to start on psp games menu it says DATA IS CORRUPTED so I cant started it.So can someone tell me what I have done wrong, please(I hope you will understand, becouse I´m from Slovenia).

after you download the 3.03 eboot rename the file to EBOOT.PBP(with capitals) then create a UPDATE folder (with capitals)inside the GAME folder and put the EBOOT.PBP inside the UPDATE folder, then run the update

ms:\PSP\GAME\UPDATE\EBOOT.PBP

if it doesn't work try this
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1041
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1044

to downgrade from 3.03 to 1.50 you need the original umd of the unpatched version of Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories.
The unpatched version of the game contains the 2.0 update

if the files that you download are rar archives then yes you need to extract them

or you buy or you rent the game
to use the 3.03downgrader you need the original umd of GTA there is no other way
you probably can only find the game on ebay

but like you have a psp with 2.81 there is two others ways to downgrade
you can use the lumines downgrader ,this downgrader requires the original umd of the unpatched version of lumines (ULES00043 or ULUS10002)
to use this downgrader you need first to upgrade to 3.50
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/537943

or you use pandora's battery there are more than one method to create a pandora's battery
to use this guides you need to use a psp with firmware 1.50 or a psp with custom firmware to prepare the battery and the memory stick

it won't work with your psp with sony official firmware

try renaming the file to UPDATE.PBP (with capitals)

make sure you dont have hidden extensions or you can be renaming the files to EBOOT.PBP.PBP

when you rename the file type only EBOOT or type only UPDATE

i think i made it clear that you needed the lumines umd and in the guide it shows a picture of the game

you can search for the game in ebay

the alternative is pandora's battery

if you can have access to another psp with firmware 1.5 or with custom firmware follow one of the guides that i posted before

if you need to do everything with your psp see this guide to create the magic memory stick
http://my.afterdawn.com/larrylje_redwings/blog_entry.cfm/2501

and then or you buy a datel tool battery
http://www.consoleshop.com/product.php?p...ooglebase&bid=3

or you hardmod your battery

no no no listen when your downgraded to 1.5 all you have to do is find an original copy of lumines. then when you have the game it allows you to update to 3.40 OE-A i think. but this is ho i modded my psp months ago, i dont know how things may have changed but im just letting you know how i did it this method.

lol nope u got to do it the hard way like most people. go on ebay and bid for it. i paid 60 beans for mine...not sure how high it will go now... you could also just go to a nearby gamestopo or gamestore andfind a used or new copy of the game.(chances are you wont find a new copy of the game) th game number is ULS10002. like i said before, just go on ebay and look for it.
