I am just wondering what else (software) i can use to compress a dvd movie so it fix into dvd-5, dvd shrink just take so long to rip, is there any software out there i can try???
The most important thing i want the software to have is....able to compress the movies e.g like Dvd Shrink where you can have diff compression rates!!
Yes i have to agree DVD Shrink is the best out there....but i need to find something diffs, at the moment DVD Shrink took me 1 hour just to rip, and my burner are capable of ripping 8X.
Hi ozrookie, Nero Recode 2 will be interesting to try when it gets released and I think there's going to be a new version of Shrink out too, not sure when. ddlooping had mentioned that in another post a few days ago. I understand that Mr.DVD Shrink helped Nero with Recode2. Did you see the screenshots in the review? It sure looks a lot like Shrink!
My rip time with Shrink 3.0b5 on X men was 25 minutes. My vaio proc is a 2.53gig P4, 768mb RAM.
