Help connecting my Xbox to the internet please

So heres the deal, my Xbox is set up in my room which is where I also have my PC which has internet connection but I can't connect the two because my PC only has 1 ethernet port and is being used. It is connected to a router downstairs where an other PC is.

Is there a simple way of connecting it all up instead of getting a wireless router or ripping through the house with a longer cord? Is there such thing as a ethernet-USB adapter??

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

is the ethernet cable that is connected to your pc connected to the router or another device? if it is connected to the router just get another router and go from there. since that cable is carring the signal just plug it in the internet port of the router and connect your pc and 360 in the other ports
