I've never heard of any homebrew that can capture your video, sounds like a good idea for devs though.....

There isn't going to be a good reply,
Nothing that's out yet captures your video via homebrew.

It would have to be plugin though.

there is already but that only works with firmware 1.50 and they call it psp video recorder module 0.3. so i thought if somebody knew to set it on version 3.71 m33-4.
