I got my laptop back from the manufacture 6 weeks ago. They put a new video card in it and when I got it back it had a clean windows installed with every thing I installed gone.OK.But a few things acted strange and when I watch a dvd or video file with any of my programs they all freeze the more into the movie the more it will freeze.I called the manufactures support and they had me remove my newly installed software.Then they said maybe windows will have to be reinstalled.So I try'ed with the disk that came with the laptop. After it starts to install I get a window that says(An error occurred copying file (at6vy33systoC:\$win_NT$.~BT\at6vym33.sys.) The file is missing. Contact your system administrator. You may choose to retry the copy,skip this file , or exit setup.The manufacture sent me another windows disk and I get the same.Now my laptop really runs like shi*.I need help..
