Pandora Battery charge help Battery or A/C Charger?

Hey guys I changed my battery into a pandora one and I changed it back into a normal. When I changed it back into a normal battery it would not charge with my normal charger, the one you get with the psp. My battery will charge with my car charger in the car but get this I use my psp charger to charge my mp3 player, a Zen vision: M and it charges that. My question is, is it the charger that is the problem or the battery.

What method did you use for convertign the battery to a Pandora's Battery? Is it this method: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/591203#3571746
