im having problems i did this atleast 5 times now and its still the same problem

i get this
16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem
Pandora Menu(drev:h)
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.INT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.Choose Close to terminate the application.


and then i click ignore then this DOs window pop out
PSP MS IPL installer
Load IPL code h:/msipl.bin
Can't open h:/msipl.bin
press any key to continue...

WHATS IS WRONG!!

im using sandisk 1gb pro duo is it ok if i use my sony 4gb pro duo and just format the whole thing so i can use it to play games its really irritating me ....
