my system information is 3.73, and i cant get a cso to work.

ive tried everything. i cant get to config by holding down the right stick.

Well you will need to answer the CFW or OFW question but here's is what you need to do,

If on Custom Firmware, ((OE, M33, HX, etc.))
Make sure you have Sony's ISO loader or have UMD required with a UMD in.

If on Official Firmware,
Use this guide to get to a Custom Firmware then refer to above if you still have problems.

PS. I don't know how many times a Pandora link has been given out.
I think PSPs should come with a guide to one.
