Problem with wiikey config discs

Hi, hope someone can help me here...
I have a 3.1U wii, installed wiikey on it. then did the 1.9g wiikey update.. I can play original and some copied games eg. big brain academy, SMG, Mario Strikers.

But when i tried to load wiikey config disk 1.3, i got a 'Eject Disc..' message.. tried config disk 1.2 and got the same problem.

What can be wrong here? btw, i burned the update/config/games at 4x using imgburn on -R verbatims
