Okay so.. I've got 3 cso and 1 iso.
I have a few questions regarding the two.
Let's say I bought a psp slim icy silver.. and downgraded to the latest custom firmware which is 3.71-M33 something.
-------------------------------------------
Now:
1.Can the slim play iso and/or cso?
2.If so.. which one should I choose..
3.Do I need a custom program to play the cso/iso??

Thanks =]

I do not have a SLim so.....

I can see no reason whya Slim cannot play a ISO image (if i am wrong please correct me!)
CSO images are simply compressed ISO Files & having CFW is the program required to play ISO files certainly 3.71 M33.

PsP#1 : 2.01>3.71M33-4>3.80 M33-5
PsP#2 (Slim) : 3.80>3.90M33-2 All hail the UPMS Stck

Since I can (thanks guys), does it mean I should compress all iso to cso since it saves space or will it affect game play? Ie: lag?

All ISO files can be compressed to CSO although sometimes there is little to be gained as they do not reduce a great deal in size. I have found that Large ISO files compressed have a greater chance of lag where as smaller ISO seem to escape. Best thing is to compress them all and just try it and see.

There is always the option to increase ISO / UMD speed which may limit or stop minor lag.
