Right I just got a Slim PSP and it says its version 3.72.

I've read about this Pandora battery thing and memory stick, but I just need to make sure i've bought the right thing, so heres a link to a battery i bought from eBay:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...:B:EOIBSA:UK:11

If thats the right battery, can someone link me to the most simple guide of what to do next, just so that I understand what im doing.

THANKS!!

oh and just to make sure, is this whole process (getting an ISO onto my PSP) possible with just using a Mac? Because I already have ISOs on my Mac but I was just wondering whether there are any programs I need to complete the process in which case I would probably need a PC.

couple more questions:

1) Will I be able to play online without any problems using an ISO from my computer?

2) I dont actually understand what bricking your PSP means, I really dont wanna fuck up my PSP so could you just explain what I am doing when I use this pandora battery

First thing never buy from EBAY.almost everything is fake there. It probably looks like fake to me so it may not work.u can try to hardmod it.But best bet is to buy datel tool as i have already used it.hardmodding is a risky if u r not sure what u r doing and u need very steady hands to remove the 5th pin.

If its fake, how can I tell?

I think I will be able to hardmod it, if its just a case of simply removing the 5th pin....but how is it removed? Do I have to force it? Snap it? cut it off?

If I really have to i'll buy a datel tool but tbh i'd rather try with this battery first

to use easy installer u need a pc with winxp or vista (but i recommend winxp).

1) U will be able to use ISO to play online with no problems.

2) BRicking ur psp means when u r at custom firmware if u play by customising or replacing the default firmware files wrongly u may brick. But u can recover any brick with pandora so dont be scared if u hav pandora ready.

check the link first that i sent u earlier.the pin can be removed by small needle or small plastic toothpick (better because chances of shorting by touching other pins could damage ur battery or urself by blowing it up)

sorry just one more question...

once i've done this whole pandora battery process and my PSP slim is able to play ISOs from my computer, will I be able to start putting ISOs on my Mac and transfer them to my PSP....or do I still need software to do that (meaning I cant use my mac even when im finished with the pandora battery)?
