One more thing, (again im so sorry), the way i read the guide, i dont see why i need another psp, as there is no kind of switching (of batteries or psps) involved. Surely im wrong/not seeing something

OMG, i think i just got it.

at the beginning i use my uncles psp/battery but with MY memory stick.

the data and everything will be stored in the memory stick. and in the end when i insert my memory stick into MY psp, the battery should be modified.

Take the Battery out and unplug the AC Adapter.

Then Plug the AC Adapter back in and turn the PSP on.

You installed 3.71 M33-2 to both PSP correct?

Before converting the battery back to normal make sure you install the 3.71 M33-2 first using only the Pandora Battery plus Magic Memory Stick.

Do not have the AC Adapter plugged in when doing this.

After you use it on both your PSP and your Uncles PSP convert the battery back to normal.

Dude there is no need for all this confusing. All you have to do is follow the guide.

also im confused about this

Go to Quiet Now and it will exit to the XMB. Now turn off the PSP and unplug it from AC Adapter. Now Take out the Battery then re-insert the Battery replacing the battery cover and use as normal now..

re-insert the battery? i thought the battery is out at this time, maybe you forgot to mention i had insert the battery int after/before selecting pandora OS tool?

im following your guide to a T.

and im about to start this part;

After the PSP boots to XMB place the Battery into the PSP and go to Game Menu Memory Stick and select OS Pandora Battery Tool.

You will get a warning screen just press X to get to the Main Menu. When the Main Menu comes up go to "flash only serial from mso:/eeprom.bin"

Go to Quiet Now and it will exit to the XMB. Now turn off the PSP and unplug it from AC Adapter. Now Take out the Battery then re-insert the Battery replacing the battery cover and use as normal now..

is that what you meant by installing 3.71 M33-2? (because when i go to systen info it says 3.71 m33)

DONE IT

thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you

its been a long day, but i did at the end, all thanks to YOU

i also wanna apologise for being such a dumbass.

one thing, on my uncle i did not update to 3.71 M33-4 (so its still -M33-2) while my psp is -M33-4. however everytime i close my psp and open it again (it takes me back to the INSTALL 3.71 M33-2 black screen and i have to keep doin that evrytime i open my psp)

this does not happen with my uncles psp, it opens like normal.

maybe thers something wrong with the 3.71 M33-4 update, and if so, how can i remove that and stay with the 3.71 M33-2?

THANK YOU

It is against the rules to BUMP.

I also gave you enough help and a guide that clearly walks you through the steps to take to convert the Battery to a Pandora battery and the steps to take to convert it back to normal.

READ THE GUIDE!
