.rar instead of an ISO?

I've tried downloading Wii Torrents through uTorrent, although it is almost done, I have a folder in where I saved the game. There are many .rar files in this folder instead of a full iso? What should I do? Do I have to wait for it to FULLY download? Also I heard that since a Wii ISO is about 4 gigs, I have to reduce it to about the size (in GB) to a Game Cube disc, or it will damage the laser. Can anyone tell me how to reduce it, step by step?

u need to make sure its fully downloaded

then use winrar or 7zip to convert the rars into an iso


think of all the pieces as a jigsaw puzzle - makes an iso

also stop fretting about the laser - the game will either work or it wont

also remember piracy is not allowed in these forums so only download a game that you already own (for backup purposes)
