This method for reviving Semi brick psp works wonders. Used it on my 4.01 M33-2 after trying to install a custom theame, but went horribly wrong. (Forgot to backup the original flash0) All that would open is the recovery menu. Tried backdating to 1.50 and all of the other tricks. Nothing worked.
This however went smoothly and worked fine. Only problem is when it started to copy the files over i did get a small Error Message. All you have to do there is just click "Ignore" and it will continue to copy the files over.
Fantastic little tool. Very usefull. Thanks

Hey I have a huge misunderstanding from what I have read. I have read many guides on how to downgrade the psp versions 3.51 and higher. I have a 3.90 Official Firmware. I read that u can use the OS Pandora Battery Installer to make the pandora battery instead of opening it up and hard modding it.Is this true? How do i got to the recovery menu on a slim 3.90 Official firmware?

Everything works until it reaches the part, "RUN PROGRAM AT /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP". When i pressed it, an error appears stating "Error 0x8025" and then my psp shuts down. Can help me out with this. I've tried using 2 different computers multiple times for this but its still not working.

When I try to RUN PROGRAM AT /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP my PSP's screen just turns black and turns off after a few seconds. Before getting semi-bricked, it had 4.01 M33 firmware.
I've tried using both a 1gb Pro Duo and a 4gb one, both genuine, and tried the easy installer on 2 different computers to no avail.

It should work for all SLIM CFW.
Those that are having issues getting the Pandora Battery application to launch via "RUN PROGRAM AT" I don't know what to tell you.
I just tried it myself on 4.01 M33-2 and it worked perfectly fine. The only issue that I could see possible is if you have a PSP SLIM that blocks Pandora Battery tools from running.
Those that get errors like (Error 0x8025) when converting the battery is probably due to the battery not being Pandora compatible or you have a SLIM version that blocks the system from Pandorizing the battery.

I made a new post about that recovery flasher. It does work on 4.01m33. You need both the recovery eboot, and UPDATE(3.71 or 4.01)eboot in the PSP>GAME>RECOVERY. Also those two files have to be in the main memory stick folder.
