The Board of Directors of Fujitsu have recently passed a resolution agreeing to cease all activities in the "visual display" business, primarily in the Plasma TV division. The fact is that their getting out because they are not making enough money i wonder if they will go to the LCD market.

Fujitsu plasmas were always highly regarded in the industry. The picture quality was great. The prices they charged have always been more than the other brands and they haven't adjusted their prices accordingly. This has seen their sales drop off.
I doubt they will get into LCD because of the low pricing.
