Need help with 3.10 OE-A downgrade to 1.50

I'm trying to downgrade from CF 3.10 OE-A to 1.50 using the recovery method but it doesn't work.

When I put the fw file in the recovery folder and use the recovery mode, it'll black out for a little while and then the PSP just turns off.

I'm sure some on-screen instructions supposed to appear, right? But that doesn't happen.

Please, some help from anyone?
