If anyone is having problems with this error please look below

Game Could Not Be Started (80020149)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When Do You Get This Error:

When you try to play a game it takes it back to the start menu on your PSP.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How To Fix This Error:

Go on to Recovery Mode on your PSP.
Go on to Configuration Settings
Go to Use NO-UMD and disable it
Go Back To Advanced Settings
Go To Advanced Configuration
Disable all three items in that menu
Restart Your PSP and enjoy your game

Try again.

This step is wrong. Set it to Sony NP9660 NO UMD. Is there even a disable option under that setting?

Well most users have left OE since it is outdated and have updated to M33.

But if your going to tell users to disable the NO UMD option then at least tell them they need a UMD in the bay in order to play the ISO off Memory Stick.

erm...very good point..but why would you leave the oe it hasnt failed me yet just becasue its a little out dated, well i like it and i have oe on one psp and m33 on another lol

Some of the newer games doesn't work and needs a firmware upgrade to M33. I had the OE version for the longest time. Game example is AvP Requiem

I got this error on making Pandora Battery, I got M33-4 3.71. I tried what was suggested here, still to no avail.
