I can still downgrade with a hardmoded pandoras battery that is not fully charged? Because It wont charge. can i still downgrade using the charger? can someone give me the link to the easy installer

Follow this guide HERE for the easy installer.

If you Hardmodded the Battery correctly it should charge.

You can charge it if you attach the ac adapter, then insert the battery.
