which one would you guys go with? they both look like that already have a built in screen protector. i hace a Capdase soft jacket for our psp slim now and I don't like it because the screen is separate and it always pops out.

I have not been satisfied with ANY jackets / covers for my PSPs for a couple of reasons. (Spent quite a bit)
1. UMD door cannot open properly with some of the softjacket models.
2. Cannot connect USB Camera or USB GPS with softjacket or hardcase models.
3. Maybe I need bigger hands but most cases makes the Phat PSP just too fat to operate nicely. (try playing Mach with a Hardcase!)
4. Softjacket with removable screen protector DOES keep coming off.
5. Dust just accumulates inside the softjacket.

My solution (may not suit you)
1. Purchase just a screen protector. (I use a Universal Screen Protector "Fellowes Writeright" but I think Hori also have something similar. They are plastic film sheets that can be cut to size and applied easily. Can replace without residue.
2. Hunt... Hunt... Hunt... for the original Soft Jacket that came with the PSP Phats. Use those for storing.
Yeah, I know whilst I am using the PSP it could get damaged but screen (scratches)is most important to me.

On your choices go with the Hardcase since I had less issues with the USB and they ARE solid.
