How Do I install a DMS 4 S.E Pro

I have been reading that DMS 4 S.E Pro is a solderless chip and is one of the best out there. Can someone please guide me that if its a solderless chip how would i install it in my PS2. Is it also compatible with my v12 PS2 slim?

The E.Z.I. version is solderless and works with v5 and above. Here are instructions on how to install it. The only problem is that modchip.com doesn't seem to want to reply to any emails so I'm left hanging on a couple things. I haven't been able to get it to boot backups. Apparently you need to flash the BIOS somehow. I'm still trying to figure that part out. Also, with the slim PS2s the metal plates that sandwich the main board don't fit quite right anymore because the new chip "clips" get in the way. I'm not sure if that's contributing to my problems.
