Awkei, so here's the deal - I have a nice shiny Ice Silver PSP Slim with a nicely self-pandorized PSP Slim accu.
The problem is that running the easy (or what the heck it's called) installer is unsuccesful - it starts to copy the files and after that it shows an error -

PSP MS IPL Installer
Load IPL code f:/msipl.bin
241664 bytes(59 block) readed

Target DRIVE is 1
Check partation Sector
Cannot open device \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE1
Can't read partation sector
Press any key to continue . . .

Seems like sumthin with the MS, but well what the heck, I'm new to this, please help me people!

EDIT: Tie me to a pole and rape me, sorry for worthless spamming, found the answer to the problem in this same forum - run the tool under XP not Vista.

its not about xp or vista the memory stick u have is fake memory stick.
