Hello,
I want to create magic memory stick with despertar cementerio, and when i want format it, I'm getting the error
PSP MS IPL Installer
Load IPL code I:\msipl.bin

Try using this guide HERE.
When it says you are now done with the easy installer that means you are done. No need to run despertar cementerio.
If you still have issues try using a memory Stick that is between 512 and 1GB.

Ahh, yeah, but... I don't have psp with cfw, only ofw, which i need to downgrade with pandora battery and magic memory stick...

Then use this guide HERE.
It is using the same easy installer but it gives you the options of what you need to do to get the service battery (Pandora Battery/Datel Tool Battery).
The guide I am providing will give you the same results as whatever guide your using when runing despertar cementerio. It is just an easy installer.

Try using a different Memory Stick preferably between 512 and 1GB. Allot of 4GB memory sticks have issues when it comes to being used as a Magic Memory Stick.
Also make sure the Memory Stick is a legit 1.
Place the Memory Stick in the PSP. Go to Game Menu memory Stick and press triangle. Now select information and the magicgate should say supported.
If it says unknown or unsupported this could be your issue as well.

Yeah, i know that, but i'm buying sandisk and from the shop, so it cant be fake.

You can either listen or not.
Just because a shop says it is legit doesn't mean it is legit.
Check the magicgate and if it says unsupported or unknown then it is a fake stick.
